During the last 19 years, Santana engineers have worked closely with a number of OEM clients both in the UK and abroad. In addition to providing standard integrated solutions, we can also customise products to make them work with an OEM’s specific range of products, adding were necessary unique features or restricting operation to suit the client’s specific market requirements. It is also possible to incorporate client’s logos and incorporate cosmetic changes (colours etc.).

In most cases, a non-disclosure agreement is signed at first and additional development work carried out to provide the OEM client with a product based on the well-proven standard integrated product, yet customised to be specific to the OEM’s application and hence sold only through the OEM client.

This approach to working closely with OEM clients enables OEMs to concentrate on the development of the products they specialise in and yet to offer their customers the additional products from Santana as part of an overall system solution.

Agreements can be reached on additional levels of software and hardware development, training, technical support and assistance with commissioning.
